WHY HIRE A TRAINER?

Most people may not know where to start. Their doctor may have told them to loss weight, or said their blood pressure is slightly elevated and to start exercising or be put on medication. A bone density test shows you need to do weight bearing exercises. You can get help from a personal trainer. A trainer has been certified and is competent to help people to reach their goals safely.

We, at Gail’s Fitness Studio, start you with a FITNESS ASSESSMENT consisting of measurements of cardiovascular capacity, resting heart rate and blood pressure, muscular strength, body composition and flexibility. We follow it up with a counselling and goal setting session. We then design a program based on your assessment and your goals. We then make the appointments to start training. Each training session is one hour in length.
