Gail's motto is diet and exercise go hand in hand. To see results we must fuel our bodies with good food choices as well as move our bodies. We offer one on one nutrition counselling sessions and nutrition workshops available at specific times.




Nutrition Counselling Sessions:

    * One on one visit with nutrition specialists $55.00 (tax included) - One hour
    * Follow-ups (one on one) $20.00 (tax included) - 20 minutes


SKIN CARE

We try to make good food choices, exercise our bodies and we should also look after our skin with a good skin care program. Gail's offers you the opportunity to try the Mary Kay's Miracle Set. No need to purchase it and find out you do not like it, or it does not like you. Try it first.
