WHY HIRE A TRAINER? Most
people may not
know where to start. Their doctor may have told them to loss weight, or
said their blood pressure is slightly elevated and to start exercising
or be put on medication We,
at Gail’s Fitness Studio, start you with a FITNESS ASSESSMENT
consisting of measurements of cardiovascular capacity, resting heart
rate and blood pressure, muscular strength, body composition and
flexibility. We follow it up with a counselling and goal setting
session. We then design a program based on your assessment and your
goals. We then make the appointments to start training. Each training
session is one hour in length.
